Food is Fuel!
Your post workout window is an important to time to refuel and replenish. It is essential to eat a variety of Whole Foods. Although protein powders and powdered greens are convenient and have always been apart of my routines, I try not to become dependent on them. I also try to incorporate meals and smoothies that have all fresh foods. My favorite post workout smoothie right now is:
1 cup of cold filtered water
1/2 cup frozen Organic blueberries
3 tablespoons of Organic hemp seeds
Organic locally grown Spinach
