Easy crock pot chicken fajitas. A nice eat clean option for dinner when you are busy! I cut up an onion & green bell pepper. I placed them in the bottom of the crock pot. I put 4 chicken breasts on top. I poured a bag of organic taco seasoning over the chicken breasts. I cooked it on high for 4 hours (or you can do 8 hours on low of course) I threw in shiitake mushrooms for the last 30min of the cooking time (optional) Pull apart the chicken or shred it in your food processor.
