Reward Yourself

Fun Friday and Fitness Tip! Set goals and reward yourself with something other than food!! Splurge meals just need to be apart of your nutrition program. We are emotional creatures and like to look forward to things. Don't let your stomach be a garbage disposal for your feelings. I rewarded myself today with new workout pants & new kicks this week for my last 8 weeks of commitment & perseverance. It is especially hard in the summer for me bc I'm constantly around my kids, who are constantly eating lol 
And of course the ultimate reward is you are full of energy, feel great, clothes are comfortable, and you have conquered cravings and learned yourself just a little bit more. ‪#‎BeBlessed‬ ‪#‎LiveFit‬ ‪#‎YouCanDoIt‬
