The Dangers of Energy Drinks

There is an increased risk of depression, migraines, anxiety, and disease of the liver. Never combine with alcohol! I could go on and on about the negatives of these drinks. Here are the alternatives that I use if I feel tired and need an energy burst.  Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar Drink sweetened with stevia. They have several flavors, but some are way too high in sugar, read your labels!
