Don't Mistake Movement for Action

What changes have you made so far this year to propel you towards your goals? Never mistake movement for action. You can be very "busy" not being effective. One of the biggest changes I made to help reach my fitness goals was I bought a treadmill and put it in my living room! One because my fast paced lifestyle requires more convenience & options for a quick second workout . Two because it is good for my kids to see the intensity at which I work out. P.S. I use a treadmill to do sprints within my circuits/interval training.
