Make tasty, fun salads....One of my meals this week.
This one had greens ( Swiss chard, cabbage, cut up Brussels sprouts), pistachios, sunflower seeds, avocado, cucumbers, tomato, carrots, chia seeds, coconut flakes, strawberries I typically use salsa for dressing or I make my own with whatever is needed to be added to my diet that day.
