A move from my workout today: The Spider Push Up 
Push ups are an awesome exercise to build strength!! I do lots of push ups and push up variations in my workouts! The spider push up (pictured) is a very effective exercise for upper body strength and a flat, strong core. Always begin without a stability ball. Alternate legs slowly and in a controlled manner as you go down. Squeeze that CORE!! How many can you do in 30 seconds?
