A Move from my Workout today

Lunge and Kick. 
Pictured I am holding a 25lb weighted plate. Start with no weight and just do rapid lunge and kicks 20 on each leg. Add weight and hold at chest area and do the kicks. As you gain balance and strength hold the weight above your head through the entire movement.
