Delicious 3 Ingredient Butternut Squash

Butternut Squash a Superfood?

1 cup  of butternut squash contains:

  • 457% of your RDA of Vitamin A
  • 47% of your RDA of Vitamin C
  • More Potassium than a Banana
  • 7 grams of Fiber
  • A good source of B-Vitamins

My 3 Ingredient Butternut Squash Recipe:
Approx 1lb of Butternut Squash
1/4 cup of Coconut Oil
2 Teaspoons of Cinnamon
*Cube Butternut squash mix with coconut oil and cinnamon place on baking sheet and bake at 350 for approx 20-25min.   Thats It! Simple and Healthy.
