This is one of my favorite Core exercises!
A Boat pose with V-sit Up and ball toss.
Start without a ball if you have never done this exercise before!
Lay on your back and then rise up to a v position with your arms and legs flexing your core muscles.
Then Lower down and hold with your shoulders and legs slightly off the ground and FEEL THE BURN! Remember to Breathe!!
Add a weighted ball when you get good at it. I am demonstrating with a 5lb ball.
THIS IS ALSO AN EXCELLENT EXERCISE FOR VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS TO WORK ON THEIR AB STRENGTH, SETTING, & BALL CONTROL.
