This is an awesome exercise that targets the upper back and the shoulders. I am demonstrating on a bosu ball balancing on one leg for an added challenge.
ALWAYS start on the floor, on two feet, and work your way up to more advanced moves!!
Choose a challenging weight and raise arms up to shoulder height. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and and do not raise your arms passed your shoulder height to prevent injuries.
If you are trying it on a bosu ball try it with both feet down first! If you are ready to challenge yourself to balance on one leg. The other leg shoots straight back and flex the foot so your toes point down to the ground.
