Brussel Sprouts

I know, I know! Just the name Brussel Sprouts makes most people cringe! But, they are so incredible for you! Find a way that you can incorporate them in your diet! You will not regret it.

I cut off the top and half them (pictured in my red strainer) then I wash them. I either steam them, (for 5 min) or sautee them in coconut oil to add to my stir fry! 
They are a cruciferous vegetables that contain so many health benefits its hard to list them all.
Nutrients in Brussel Sprouts: vitamin K , C ,A ,E, B, manganese, folate, fiber, potassium, protein, & calcium to name a few. Brussel sprouts are known to be a weapon against cancer as well as belly fat.
