Unfortunately it is FULL of sugar or artificial sweeteners. I make a healthy, refreshing lemonade that is sugar free and sweetened with Stevia. I use the Kal brand. Here is a video below that is a good demonstration of how I generally make it! I also pour it into popsicle molds for yummy lemonade popsicles!
