Needing that extra cup of Coffee? Foods for Energy!!

Very important to recognize if you are fatigued and consistently needing that extra cup of coffee! Your body is trying to tell you something. Usually that means you are deficient in a vitamin and your body needs you to up your nutritional game!.The B Vitamins have an important role in our cells in making sure our bodies release the energy it gets from the food that we eat. Potassium is also very important. So look for foods high in B-Vitamins and Potassium if you struggle with fatigue. I grabbed some that  I had on hand which is what is in the picture. Avocados, canned or fresh Tuna, Liver, leafy green vegetables like spinach or kale, egg yolks, yogurt, kiwi, bananas, oatmeal...etc Almost all of us are deficient in Vitamin B-12 which is crucial for energy and mental clarity. I take a Vitamin B-12 liquid supplement because it is a water soluble vitamin.  I will include a link to the one pictured. This lady, Barbara Hoffman is AWESOME and a Naturopath.
I also must add that getting proper sleep is imperative to the health of your body and your energy levels and there is Not a supplement for that!! :) In order to create an ideal fat burning environment in your body  so you will become fit and have success at weight loss you need to listen to your body and eat a variety of foods!!
