Tips For Flat Abs:
1. Believe you can have them
2. Eat healthy, clean foods with little to no processing. Where did your food come from? Who is the mother? 
3. Drink Water! Water! Water! Don't drink your calories or artificial ingredients. 
4. Do planks and hold them past comfort. Do a variety of different planks.
5. Do intervals inbetween your weight sets. Sprints, jump rope, jump squats, scissors, sprint, burpees, etc...

Easy Eat Clean Crock Pot Chicken Fajitas

Easy crock pot chicken fajitas. 
A nice eat clean option for dinner when you are busy!
I cut up an onion & green bell pepper. I placed them in the bottom of the crock pot. I put 4 chicken breasts on top. I poured a bag of organic taco seasoning over the chicken breasts. I cooked it on high for 4 hours (or you can do 8 hours on low of course) I threw in shiitake mushrooms for the last 30min of the cooking time (optional) Pull apart the chicken or shred it in your food processor. When the inner pressure is always greater than any external pressure nothing outside of you can rock your focus. What a beautiful melody when your belief in yourself trumps all.
