I like to make a large batch of something to have in the fridge ready to roll throughout the week for when I'm busy. Tonight I made an Organic Kamut spiral vegetable salad.
1 box of Kamut spirals
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of a nut oil
Black seed powder
Red pepper flakes
Delicious and amazing for the body.
I snack on it through out the week as needed.
