Tips For Flat Abs:
1. Believe you can have them
2. Eat healthy, clean foods with little to no processing. Where did your food come from? Who is the mother?
3. Drink Water! Water! Water! Don't drink your calories or artificial ingredients.
4. Do planks and hold them past comfort. Do a variety of different planks.
5. Do intervals inbetween your weight sets. Sprints, jump rope, jump squats, scissors, sprint, burpees, etc...
