2 ingredient Popsicles!
Coconut water & fruit that's it, and they are delicious.
Cut up desired fruit, we used strawberries, kiwi, & blueberries. Put in Popsicle molds. We used rocket pops & ring pops. Pour in coconut water & freeze.
One individual sized coconut water made all these Popsicles.
Coconut water contains 5 essential electrolytes: calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, & sodium. It quickly rehydrates the body amongst many other health benefits. As usual, not all coconut waters are created equal. I use Harvest Bay. Read the ingredient label…. it is Coconut water only, no additives.
I have yet to find a popsicle in the store that is suitable for kids without the HFCS, GMO's, Dyes etc..
