I like to have fun with my water and use an infuser with a variety of fruit and/or vegetables, and herbs. I always include Lemon.
Lemon Nutrition:
  • Lemons contain vitamin C, citric acid, flavonoids, B-complex vitamins, calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and fiber.
  • Lemons contain more potassium than apples or grapes.
  • Lemons are alkalizing for the body!

Pictured is the infuser that I have at my house. Set this out in the morning and it is convenient for my family to get water through out the day! 

I also enjoy just cucumbers and lemons.
Adding fresh mint leaves, basil leaves, or lavender is also excellent!
