EAT AVOCADO!
Definitely one of my top foods that I would recommend for a flat stomach!
The healthy fat in AVOCADO's helps control appetite and fat burning hormones in your body! 
A good source of fiber, potassium, and several other vitamins and antioxidants! 
If you are not a fan of the taste of  avocado throw it in a smoothie.
I EAT AVOCADO NEARLY EVERY DAY!
