I am demonstrating Bird Dog
It is an awesome Exercise to target your abs, back, butt/hips.
A must do exercise for a strong core, flat abs, and balance work.
Start with your knees on the floor and raise your opposite and arm and opposite leg, HOLD. Then Alternate. As you master this, try doing this from a plank position to add intensity.
