I took my kids through a sand workout after school today.

Moms! This is a great way to get a workout in while your kids play. Sand takes it to a whole new level.
I did jump squats, skaters, jogged laps, scissors, and high knees when my kids were done and they made sand angels & took turns being the photographer :).
