This is one of my families favorite smoothies!! And one that I will have post workout. 1/2 the bag of that yo plait triple berry smoothie, 1 cup of spinach, 1 tblp of milled flax, 1 scoop of whey protein, 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Whatever I have left over I will pour into popsicle molds and freeze for later. |
