Tips for Flat Abs!
1. Eat healthy, clean foods with little to no processing!
Where did your food come from? What is the mother? How many things out of a box or a wrapper did you eat today? Good questions to ask yourself.
2.Drink Water! Water! Water! Don't drink your calories.
3.Do planks and hold them past the point of comfort. Do a variety of different planks!
4.Do intervals in between your weight sets. Sprints, jump rope, jump squats, scissors, bike sprint, fast stair climb, burpees etc.
This are all pictures of my abs after having 3 babies! Yes, it has been a battle and you have to learn your body and try to get better everyday! You can do it.
