Easy Healthy Ideas

This is what I set out as an appetizer last night while I was cooking dinner. 
You know everyone likes to snack, so take advantage of that by setting out healthy options while you cook.  This is a Lazy Susan so the kids can have fun with it!
If  I am really hungry while I am cooking I usually have a cucumber and a red bell pepper to crunch on while I cook!
