Get Fit with Green Smoothie's

Green Smoothies 
Green smoothies are an awesome way to get in extra nutrients and have proven to be an awesome "play" for me in my weight loss and health journey! Blending vegetables improves digestion which helps the nutrients absorb better. It is also a convenient way to get your veges in! 
Pictured is a green smoothie that I enjoy. I blend it in my Vitamix.
Water, 1/2 lemon, 1/2 lime, 1 large leaf of Kale, 2 leaves of Baby Bok Choy, 1 cup of Spinach, 1/2 scoop of plant protein, sliver of apple, and parsley. I added a bit of stevia to taste.Green Smoothies are important for weight loss diet.
