I Love Cucumbers!!

CUCUMBERS!!
I eat a lot of cucumbers. Full of vitamins:A, C, Calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, B vitamins, electrolytes...to name a few!! Great for hydration because they are full of water. The natural acids in them help prevent water retention so they help reduce swelling and bloat!! Hence...putting them on your eyes. I peel a whole cucumber and crunch away :) add some pistachios or almonds and you have a 
PERFECT SNACK!! I also like to dip them in avocado. 
If you do not like the taste of cucumbers they are wonderful in green smoothies!
