Plank to Renegade Row to Tricep Kick Back
An Awesome exercise for a strong core, beautiful arms & shoulders, and overall strenghth. 
Start in a plank position with a challenging weight. Bring your elbow up and hold and then straighten your arm back and hold. Then switch sides. As you get stronger add a push up in between switching sides.
To live fit, break through plateaus, keep your body guessing, and reach your maximum potential you must change up your workouts with different exercises, varying weight, and intensity.
