Chocolate Mint Popsicles

My daughter and I experimented/slightly altered a smoothie recipe that I saw from my friend Kerri Foster. 
We decided to make chocolate mint popsicles with it.
2 Cups of unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 Scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder
2 Tablespoons of  dark chocolate chunks
(I used 70% cacao)
1/4 Tsp of Peppermint Stevia
2 cups of Spinach
1/4 Avocado
splash of stevia 
Blend and pour into popsicle molds


Get creative with your kids and with your own diet. Protein popsicles are an excellent snack and will help you get fit, lose weight, build muscle, and develop healthy habits.
