My daughter and I experimented/slightly altered a smoothie recipe that I saw from my friend Kerri Foster.
We decided to make chocolate mint popsicles with it.
1 Scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder
2 Tablespoons of dark chocolate chunks
(I used 70% cacao)
1/4 Tsp of Peppermint Stevia
2 cups of Spinach
splash of stevia
Blend and pour into popsicle molds
