A staple in my day. Hard boiled, scrambled, over medium? WHOLE EGGS OR EGG WHITES? The healthiest part of the egg is the YOLK! Nutrition facts for Yolks are wonderful! They contain b-vitamins, vitamin A, folate, choline, lutein, minerals, etc...they balance out the amino acid profile of the protein making it complete! The healthy fats are incredible and far outweigh the "cholesterol" myth that looms over eggs! When I personally started consuming the whole egg instead of the whites I became leaner and more satisfied. Great for weight loss, muscle building, and wellness.
