I love the Stability Ball. It is an incredible piece of equipment to assist you in doing exercises to challenge your body! Strengthens the core, back, pelvis, and just about every area of your body. The sky is the limit with what you can do. From beginner exercises to very advanced. It has been a staple in my workout. Pictured is a stability ball push up as well as a stability ball spider push up (always alternate legs) at the most advanced level.
BEGINNERS: Start with your thighs on the ball and work your way out to your feet on the ball as you get stronger. Once you gain strength advance to doing the spider push up!
