This is a picture of me in January 2009. I had three nine pound babies in 5 yrs. I gained 50lbs with the first pregnancy, 60 with second, and 70 with the third! After my third baby I was always sick, had frequent migraines, and was over weight. I was discouraged and trying to learn how to balance life with marriage, 3 kids, my health, and career/ministry passions.
I got tired of my situation and made a commitment to myself that I was going to change my body and get my health back!
I have always had a strong passion for fitness and nutrition. I have an exercise physiology degree and have learned so much about weight loss and general wellness in the last decade. Understanding nutrition facts, getting weight loss results, learning about intervals and the proper way to exercise, discovering healthy recipes, and learning what the best workouts are can be overwhelming and frustrating. I am very excited to share about how I lost my weight and how I live a healthy and fit lifestyle without always feeling like I am on a diet.
My goal is to share what I have learned in order to inspire someone else to change their life!!
